Hercher's funfair Elgin - Ferris Wheel Pull on

A small walk around the fair and footage of the Ferris Wheel pulling on after being open at a paid gaff at Gordonstoun school where king Charles and many of the royals were ex -pupils. I was hoping to stick around for the full build up but had to shoot off home but managed to get this short footage
