I have no idea what you're saying, but you do it well! This is the kind of crazyness I can get into!! I have a gy6 I was thinking of trying to put a big bore kit for a 150cc, on to a 50cc, along with a stroker Crankshaft, possibly something like a 57mm maybe 60,63-67mm bore, with at least a 44mm stroke! I think 52.4mm is the largest possible, with only case clearance, for the cylinder, resulting in a estimated 96cc with 44mm crank, about 90cc with stock 41mm stroke, so possibly a 100cc can be derived from a 41mm crank, and 57mm bore, maybe 63mm Bore! But why stop there, if you can are machining and welding, may as well, try to fit the 232cc cylinder and head, it may only be 171cc or there about with less stroke, and the cylinder may need to be shortened, or a longer rod used! I love this kind of craziness! Awesome!! Maybe get really crazy, and make it a 2cylinder! Or convert to the 4valve head!! The mill will take you there.. if you are brave enough to go!! Haha, I wish there were no language barrier!! Unfortunately I barely speak English only!
the level of precision is 👌 the case thickness, will it be tick enough for such a big block? what will this engine use for? 402 meter run 👍anyway, superb build mate 👍 your fan from Indonesia
