If i was ever a landlord, id prioritize those with piggies or bunnies

I agree totally. Nothing against dogs or cats, because they’re great pets, but they tend to make more mess than a small caged animal. If I was a landlord I would honestly allow any caged animals and not allow dogs or cats, because of the horrible messes I’ve heard of tenants leaving. I know a couple people who are landlords and told me horror stories. I could see maybe asking the tenants to not let bunnies or chinchillas free roam cause they can chew on the wood moulding. But that’s really the extent of what they could damage 🤷‍♀️ Whereas , dogs and cats can destroy flooring, walls, moulding, doors, you name it 😂
