Herdez is in nearly every grocery store in USA. My favorite. We put a pork shoulder blade roast in the Crock Pot, cover it with Herdez green sauce... in like 8 hours it goes perfect over white rice.

I'm very interested in this one because a market nearby has it ; I know for a fact I've seen that bottle on the shelves there somewhere. Will investigate and get back to you guys when I've tried it.

I got it! - and quite cheap too - I paid $2.99 CAN for it No Frills ( to my amazement as it was in the imported goods section, which by the way, will cost you $2.29 for a Jarritos Mexican Cola, and if you haven't tried one then prepare to taste a REAL cola for the first time! ) The salsa smells amazing, and my only 'complaint' is that it's so thin, but we can work around that easily. I like the solid '1' out of 10 it is, just enough of a burn. I tried it on some soft tacos and it was great. Then I tried it with some scrambled eggs and it went very nicely with them.

This is great to hear! It's easy to make hotter if needed but, as a mild base sauce, it does the trick!

Hey Mexican here 🇲🇽🌮 It's a great sauce, Herdez is big and tasty brand, I mean their products. You can do it yourself by blending 6 green tomatoes, 2 serrano, 2 jalapeños, a quarter of onion, like 8 branches of coriander, a garlic clove and a teaspoon of salt; then I medium heat the mix with two tablespoons of cooking oil until it boils and it colour changes to a darker color (keep mixing). Check it up if it needs more salt, if you think it needs more salt, add some and keep heating and mixing for 5 more minutes. And there you go, your sauce is ready. If you think it's too gentle you can add more serranos next time. Greetings!
