Oh goodness gracious. I've been up that mountain a few times on horseback in my day. It was hairy back then too, but it wasn't as bad as it looks now. I also have taken sheep up the next canyon to the west and down. It's been so darn long ago though, I can't remember the names of those canyon. Anyway, I enjoyed seeing my home area again. Y'all still do the Lamb Fry in Castledale? I miss the lamb feast, and the old timers sitting at the fireplace waiting for the bits that have been fried longer than the rest. I'd ask you how certain people are doing, but don't want to put their names on this platform. Have a great day, and stay safe. Fun video too.

Too much pressure on the back of the mob, that’s why the calves are breaking back, let them string out, let them think they are escaping
@valearl46934 ай бұрын
Cows don't like to climb rocks. The cowboys are doing a good job. Been there. I know.
@chrisoconnor58804 ай бұрын
@@valearl4693 exactly they don’t like climbing rocks, that’s all the more reason to let them string out, with less pressure on the back of the mob, which only causes mis mothering of calves, soon you will have all calves at the back and cows turning back to find them The harder you push a mob, the slower they travel, the secret to driving any stock is to let them think they are getting away, Mate I’ve shifted mobs of cows and calves numbering over 5000, in step hill country in New Zealand , and Australia don’t tell me how to suck eggs
