It's so nice that you guys actually care about your fans and just people in general because they is what most people don't really care about it and not talk about it or even help people. I love how you guys are always here for us and reply to us halos as much as you can because it makes us happy and even when we are struggling it can just bring our moods up even just a little bit. I just love you guys and you guys make me happy and the support and happiness you guys have given me without even knowing is unimaginable you guys always put a smile on my face even when I'm feeling shit and that one of the main reasons I live you guys not just because your all fit or because you can sing you actually care and you make me happy ❤ I can speak for all the halos when I say this we appreciate you guys so much ❤️❤️🥰

U boys have helped us halos through so much. Especially me who has struggled with mental health since losing my grandad 3 years ago and losing my nanna last year. U boys are amazing. Thank u for speaking out about mental health. It means a lot to me and so many other people 🤍🤍

a few days ago, I reopened my process to go back to see a psychologist, I confess that I'm a little anxious, and with "little desire" to talk about everything again, but it will be better, it will be important

I’ve made two attempts on my life. I would do anything to stop myself. There are so many people willing to help, and mental health support is accessible via the NHS and schools in the UK. Go and seek help, no matter how little the problem. You’re not alone.

You're right you're not alone. Please make sure you are getting support and talking to people. We really recommend speaking to a Doctor and also the young minds website
