Jesus was so aware of everything, he knew everything ahead, he was so compassionate that he saw the spiritual fall of judas and the consequences of his actions (judas suicide). Jesus saw all and with compassion accepted it, as he was his friend, God allows always your free will, even if you want to use it to go to darkest areas, if that's what you want, it will be allowed.

He had greed in his heart and saw fit that the silver was worth the price to betray his humble master. He allowed sin to take control of him. Something that my brother pointed out is that Judas played a necessary role. It is through his sin that the prophecy of the messiah is fulfilled. Of course only through Jesus could all this happen

​@@chrishunt586there are several exegesis about Judas's role on Jesus's passion. Some consider that Judas act of betray was as important as the Messiah's death since Judas had to kill his soul. Personally, I think Judas fell deeply into sin, and there was no special role on him, soon or later someone somehow would have betrayed Jesus, Jesus knew that the human nature is that of betrayers (since Adam and Eve and Abel and Cain). But Jesus still loved all, even Judas. Sadly, Judas knew that hell (rebelling against the holy Spirit) was unreachable to Jesus love, so Judas commited suicide to try to cope with his new place in existence: abandoned by both the spiritual and material worlds.
