"Why today's laptop, cellphone, indoors lifestyle is taking us back into the Middle Ages! Except for us who LIVE with the Sun, daily. We have steering wheels on the right and I had a small, non cancerous melanoma on my left arm. I have no liver spots on my hands and hardly any wrinkles on my face and I am approaching 60. On balance, Sunlight is good for you, I fully concur with this.

I thought I could live like a vampire, work overnight shifts and go to the club all night on weekends. Well, that was fun for the furst few weeks. The night truly is beautiful. But alas, I am a diurnal terrestrial Earthling, and without sunlight I go crazy after awhile. Now I love the sun.

Well, I hope they had run at least one regression because all I am seeing are comparison graphs and drastic causal inference, not mentioning a control or random expriment.

Temperature in Edinburgh is 10-13 degrees c between winter and summer. You must have noticed Spring. What have you got against our tourist industry?

Great lecture, but the title is a mismatch: effects on sleep and memory aren't its focus.

Northern ireland in the "Hours of bright sunshine" map looks just like a puppy' head : grey ears , white face , there's an eye and to the east its nose . Weird (11:11)

What a tough paradox. The Sun is good and terrible for pale skinned types.

Ike Diamond No the sun is good for pale skin, darker the skin the more problematic you get

@@glynthomas3976how dumb do you have to be to believe this? The sun makes melinated people more powerful. Why? Because melanin modulates UV and infrared spectrums via the photoelectric effect. The less melanin, the worse in the sun.

But seriously I need Scottish people to get this information and racist homes form 1975 aren't helping. Also 10/ of Scotland is English born with more than that as the move up for promotion. Few people move without a carrot. Anyway, goodjck with Bojo the Clown V the EU. So long and thanks for all the insults.

I don’t think the rest of the UK cares about Scottish independence. The Scottish people don’t seem to have a sense of humour at all
