Most have lift kits and stupid big wheels on them now.

Rode in a few G-bodies in my day. One of my best childhood friends owned a black '79 Cutlass Supreme; he had a full roller Pontiac 400 built for it with headers, two four barrels, huge cam, extensive head work, etc. Absolute beast. Later on he installed the Lightning Rod shifters from a Hurst/Olds.

Blackwall tires were standard for the very basic base configuration of the Supreme, but she did say the tires had very few miles on them so they're not originals. I think most buyers did not go with the standard tires especially if they paid extra for wire wheel covers. You'd be more likely to see stock black tires if the car had stock hubcaps.
