I got so lucky with my 2006 CX. She had 125k mikes. They were asking $3000 in 2020, I talked them down to $2500 (she had a couple issues I addressed to them, but nothing I couldn’t fix for cheap) Replaced the sparks, wires , battery, and cleaned the throttle body real good. She gets up to speed quick and has no problem cruzin 95mph. 😂 I love her!

Grandma has a 2006 with 32000 miles on it. Always garaged. One owner. Immaculate. Drives good but it's probably never been over 55. Just put the 2nd set of tires on it last year.

My dad used to have a 2004 Buick Regal when I was growing up. He got it in 2007 totaled out from a wreck and his brother (my uncle) and fixed it up. He sold it in 2018. Well just a few months ago in 2023 he ended up buying a 2007 Buick Rendezvous with 150k miles (I think, I’ll correct it once I check). Runs great still even though he needed to work on it before he could get it running. What it needed was a new computer. I still see so many on the road too 😊

i have 2002 model and low oil pressor sensor is included and, their is a check enginge light and tc control lamp .. mainly clear but my odb dont work so i think he right its better hahaah

I had one. Needed thousands of dollars in work. Who knew? It rode so smoothly and shifted so well. So yeah. Better know how to do the repairs yourself and be able-bodied otherwise, you're going to get yourself in a money pit.

Also, all Rendezvous have 3rd row seating. 😉 they are the Buick version of the Aztek, which is Pontiac. And Buick doesn’t really compete with Chevy and Cadillac, since they’re all made by General Motors. They’re essentially just rebadged versions of each other here and there.

it caused by the battery, as nowadays all computer's cars needs a steady voltage, if your battery has variable voltage or bad alternator, computer tries to compensate variable readings in all wheel drive

​@@42luke93 It is pretty close to the width of the cars in the 1970s. and the 1970s cars were wide. it does feel roomy. enjoyed it while i had it. rode smooth. not as smooth as a 1970 car. it's a bit different because it's fwd and less suspension travel. among other things.

I have an '02 rendezvous I've had it for 5 years never had many problems with mine has 3rd row 280,000 on it now wife has a Pontiac Aztec she's had for 11 years with 325 000 mi never had any major issues with it just minor stuff just replaced her Aztec with a Pontiac Torrent with 105 000 she's had the torrent for 2 months now I'm constantly working on that thing we still have the Aztec I'm honestly thinking about putting it back on the road and getting rid of the torrent

I had one as an extra car just to use when my other one was down or to run tasks without putting mileage on my main car and it had 230k (originally paid $2,200 at 185,000) before it was wrecked and I owned it for four and a half years it only saw a mechanic one time. Its actually a really reliable car, not the best for MPG, and the exterior body design hasn't aged well at all compared to what's on the road nowadays.

The Buick Rendezvous was originally released in 2001 as a 2002 model, even if this particular model is a 2006. So 2018 minus 17 equals 2001.

I have a 2006 Rendezvous and I think it is an engineering disaster I think it feels heavy on the road it’s under powered it guzzles gas on the highway it’s unstable on windy days it blows you all over the road the horn is in a bad spot it’s uncomfortable to sit in for a long drive just not a vehicle I would recommend I had a Pontiac torrent and it was a much better experience the seats were excellent just blew the Buick away

@@toddpollock4552 Yeah my brother in law had overheating issues only to find out it's the cheap lower intake manifold plastic design. Brought the newer metal design gasket and no more coolant lost or engine oil consumption.

@L. Williams I completely disagree. Mine has 230,000 miles and runs tremendously. The only problem i’ve had is the sway bar ends rusted off on both sides and the front strut’s top hats rusted off. Just replaced everything myself and it runs great.
