Great question. We grew up on brands like Jay's and Vitner's and even Evans. They all had cheese nibs or cheese chips that were tangy. It's like the Tastee Cakes of Phillly - it's just in our blood.

Honey , when I went to this restaurant I was so impressed, the atmosphere was nice the food was laid out and beautiful.. Everything looked delicious. I ordered three plates over $65.00.. Left the restaurant and couldn't wait to go home to eat. Well, I was so disappointed everything was nasty.. The pork chops taste and smell like burnt rubber. The only thing that was almost decent was the cabbage fried chicken and the yams.. I'm sorry, but they definitely need a new cook...
