here's how everything went wrong during this Minecraft Event...

Minecraft Championship Season 3, MCC Scuffed, was such a cursed but epic event. There was a bunch of goofy twists, and here's my cut-down version of the event from my POV! Shout out to my wonderful teammates: ‪@Grian‬ ‪@ldshadowlady‬ ‪@Shubble‬ y'all the best! :D
Although we had some downfalls with our comms, I honestly had such a blast with this team, and I hope I get to team with them again in the near future!
This video compiles some of the most interesting moments throughout this MCC (from my Stream on twitch) although we unfortunately were too good to be bad, and to bad to be good to make it into dodgebolt!

Bingo but Fast is pretty old, and most of your team hadn't played it in years. Grian has sufficient experience in SoT as a runner. Lizzie usually played as a Sand Keeper when she was in MCC and hadn't been in MCC in a long time, so she wasn't up to date. Skyblockle was replaced for a reason, it was slow-paced and bland, with little to no engagement with other teams until people reached the middle. In Buildmart, you didn't have experience with the old map; Lizzie was rusty, and Grian's strategy works best with specific types of people.

23:04 for my favourite moment from this Pov Also I would like to remind you that Skyblockle was removed for a VERY good reason. It was too slow. That's why Skybattle replaced it. Skybattle was designed with the intention of being a very fast paced game, because Noxcrew, and everyone else, saw the issue with Skyblockle. Also don't worry about your Build Mart performance. You are inexperienced, Lizzie was rusty and Grian has a strategy which, as HBomb says, only works with very specific people. Hence why Grian got first in MCC 17 Build Mart but got 5t in MCC 18 Build Mart.

I didn’t think you were bossy at all in SOT. If anything I thought your teammates could have done with more instructions. Lizzie did a really good job especially considering she isn’t usually a runner, but she was clearly a bit rusty and unfamiliar with certain staples of the game. She wasn’t lighting up spawners which meant she kept getting overwhelmed with mobs. And Grian is solid but afaik he doesn’t really VOD review or train between MCCs (which is a valid choice, I like that there are lots of different play styles and not everyone is super sweaty). This is probably why there were a few times he ended up getting confused with the puzzles and vaults as well. I think you giving clear instructions on what the others should do and where they should go for the vaults and puzzles was very necessary. It was key to making sure that no one ended up wasting tons of time running around with nothing to do.

I appreciate that! I think we did well overall as a team I think I just doubted myself a lot which made me lose some time (not doing the final puzzle, leaving my path to make sure Grian was doing the right thing multiple times, etc) but it’s something to learn from!

@@jojosolos Yes your team definitely did well overall. It makes sense there were a few hiccups in a scuffed event where you didn’t know exactly what to expect. But overall you were a great leader and all of you had a solid team performance. I’m very glad I got to watch it live.

Yeah, I'm not entirely sure what the idea was with Skyblockle as a finale. Not even the novelty of seeing it after years made it remotely entertaining. I was never a big fan of Bingo but I feel like that would have been the perfect surprise finale out of the removed games. But honestly, any other option outside of Lockout Bingo would have been better than Skyblockle. Outside of that and S1 Build Mart, this was a great MCC. Not one of my favorites, those last two games made sure of that, but pretty good for a scuffed event. HITW was amazing, I really want to see that on Island.

I was personally not a fan of scuffed but I get why others did enjoy it. I guess I thought the modifiers would be more goofy instead they were just kind of annoying imo. Still always fun to watch a Jojo MCC perspective.

I don't find it annoying, as I tend to watch many VODs and also my thoughts on MCCs are not exactly dependent on who I watched, and ai considered this event to be quite fun! It is okay, however, to not like this event as it was quite scuffed.

I didn’t find the event annoying, but I also watched Joel’s perspective. I also really enjoyed the changes to survival games and seeing how the players adapted to the height and flight variables

I think it was annoying because it affected me in every bad way possible 😭😭😭 like not knowing Bingo or the BM map really messed me up

@@jojosolos Yeah, it's sometimes hard to just LEARN a whole "new" game / map you weren't around for, especially when there are players who were around that time, giving an advantage over others
