Best way to answer this is to check out my hitting tips and pitching tips video. But I use strike zone view hitting on zone. And catcher far view with pinpoint for pitching.

Oh. For hitting: Quick curve, 0 curve adjustment, dead zone adjustment 9%, and I use the half dome piece behind the right handle for the swing button. For pitching: Quick curve, 0 curve adjustment, 0 dead zone.
