I'd guess into the atmosphere, since they said it's because of evapotranspiration. Warmer air can contain more water as well as the water used by an increasing world population will definitely be higher.

@@SofaaKing2 I recommend you to accept the dire situation we humans are in and find peace with it somehow instead of denying it conveniently for ignorant peace. Or... Well, it maybe doesn't matter actually. Whether you accept the measured facts or not, I guess in the grand scheme climate change and all its factors will go its way anyway because too few people actually try to prevent it and too many people, like apparently you I guess, choose ignorance...
