Here's How to Move Your Small Group Online with Google Hangouts

Thanks for doing this.. I am trying to keep my Men's prayer group going. I am usually a Skype person so bear with me. Your instructions clearly show that when scheduling it shows "hangouts meet". When I create appointments in my gmail calendar it only gives me the "Hangouts" option, not "Join Hangouts meet". I have double checked to see if my versions of hangouts and chrome are up to date. (they are) Not sure why mine is not showing the same thing as yours? Also, when I send the appointment, my recipients do not see any sort of "link" to join. I know I created the appointment as a video meeting... Seems like the only way I can invite them is to manually add them once I have launched Hangouts.. suggestions?
