Good advice to handle problematic and egotistical women. I’m pulling back on a women at work who is obviously interested in me. I broke the ice and started talking to her, I could tell she was excited that I was. Then all of a sudden she got cold and started playing hot add cold games. I stop trying to say hello since she wasn’t trying to return the dialog in the conversation. She was trying to get me to chase like a fool. I notice now that she keeps looking at staring at me at a distance to the point that all my coworkers notice that she keeps staring at me hard. If she wants something from me she needs to come to me now. I’m not going to play these hot and cold games even though she’s super attractive.

Thank you for sharing your experience! It sounds like you've handled the situation with a lot of awareness and self-respect-definitely a wise approach. Pulling back can be a powerful way to maintain your own boundaries, especially in situations where someone seems to be sending mixed signals. Sometimes, stepping back gives the other person a chance to decide if they want to engage genuinely. Glad you found value in the advice! Feel free to share the video with others who might benefit from this insight, and let us know what other aspects you found helpful!

I don’t understand, women aren’t supposed to chase men and men are supposed to give a woman space? Seems like nothing has a chance to bring men and women together with all this distance.
