I'm seeing something completely different. It's asking me to create an ad. "Create ads for audiences who are more likely to convert" and then it shows. Then it shows followers based on age, gender, & top cities. (I've been on Facebook since 2012 and I have 222,590 followers.

Since FB engagement times are in Pst, and I'm in Est zone, do I need to set it on the est zone. For instance if the popular times of engagement says most of my audience engagements are on Thursdays at 12pm Pst. Should I post at 3pm EST instead?
