Instead of curtains on those wonderful glass divisions, some simple frosted window coverings would admit all the light and provide needed privacy. I would also add carpet to those steps and a safety railing, at least for the dog - one fall and he can have broken legs/jaw and back. Not safe.

First of all, those things depreciate like crazy. Not saying tiny houses don’t, but still. They are also made out of crappy materials, and because of that, break very easily and don’t last long.
