Yeah. Really. Every baby/child knows their mother. Even newborn babies know their mother by her smell, and I have read that the smell never goes away for babies... even as bigger kids, they remember the way their mom smelled. Babies also know their mom's voice simply from being in utero and hearing her talk. Once they are born, they will turn their head toward their mother's voice even when multiple women are talking. They never forget their mother's voice as well. Blue probably knew from birth that something was not right.

My speculative theory is that if Blue is Cathy’s and was actually born in 2011(possibly when she was at the hospital where she was reported deceased), Bey and Jay took those newborn pictures in early Sept 2011 but waited until their fake Jan 2012 birthing date to release them. There’s the deflated belly incident that happened with Bey. The reason why we all keep saying Blue looks old for her age… is because she is… maybe 4 months older than what we are told is her birthdate. People will say nahhhh, Blue looks too much like Bey. I remember years before blu, there were stories going around about beyonce being pregnant and then shortly after they fade. Multiple times. I used to say she must feel bad as a woman who cant bare children because that would make her flawed and imperfect. Imagine not being able to give the man you love a baby because you are barren. When news about her actually being pregnant broke out, i seen the video of her with the fake belly too, so we all knew that pregnancy was obviously fake. Then kathy. Maybe at first it was a mutual agreement to let her be the surrogate. Know how dense Bey is, she wld let Jay talk her into it. He never loved or respected her. She was always his cash cow. But the plot twist was he didnt use no turkey injector. He actually did the do with Kathy, he probably didnt respect her either if she was so easily expendable.
