Hey there.,. yeh ive been suffering chronic dp and insomnia. But i've been slowly building resilience. I learnt a lot from reading books like 'the body keeps the score' and learning about body based therapies and poly vagal theory.. I'm not sure if i need therapy yet.. i guess its a journey maybe I might if I feel like I can't progress any further. Thanks for the wonderful work you guys do.
