@@mototech4u Getting around 11.9 per litre as per the mileage displayed by the dashboard. Haven't done a serious tank-to-tank check so far. Edit: After 3 months, the city mileage is 16.9 kmpl.

I was first person to get this car in my city and I must say that it is a really nice car. I have been using this car from last 11 months. The Good: 1) Steering Response: A+ : It's the best in the segment, very responsive and very accurate. Nothing to complain about 2) Clutch: A : it's soft, nothing to complain about 3) Suspension: A+ : It has a really great suspension. Even if you drive it on really bad patchy road, you won't feel a thing. 4) Handling: A+ : The car is very stable even at high speeds. 5) Brakes: A : The braking is quite good. I feel like the breaking kinda increases when it rains. It's just my personal experience, I don't know how that works It has disk brakes on front and drums at the back. 6) Music System: A: The music quality is pretty good 7) The looks: A+: This is subjective but in my personal opinion this is one of the best looking cars in this segment 8) Comfort: A+ : It's a very comfortable car. Good for long drives. the seats are quite good. The car is also quite spacious. Good legroom and knee room. The seats are wide also. 9) Gear: (B+) The gear is smooth but it could have been better. The reverse gear gets stuck sometimes. This I know is common problem with most cars. Overall the gear is good but yes it could have been better. I suggest you go for the automatic variant, rather than the manual variant. In this car the automatic variant is better. i got the manual variant and I kinda regret it now. 10) Features: The car comes packed with features. If you have budget, I would say go for Accomplished with Dazzle Pack or Creative variant. The Bad: 1) Engine: (B) The engine is not that punchy. The engine is not noisy up to around 2000 RPM . When it gets to 2500 RPM or above it will start getting noisy. If you drive on the highway and if you have to slow down and switch to 2nd gear or 1st gear for some reason and if you are driving with your family, you will feel like the car is not moving especially if the AC is on. You will have to rev the engine to about 2500 - 3000 RPM before you upshift in this situation. This car behaves totally different with AC on. The engine performance goes down significantly. You may not really notice this if you are driving alone but you will certainly notice this when you are driving with family 3) Bushes: (c) One problem I have faced in this car is that this car comes with a lot of bushes on the doors, the boot and the parcel tray which keeps falling off and missing. Every time I take it for servicing, I have to ask them to put new bushes which is quite annoying. 4) The head lights and the cabin light:(B+) The top model comes with projector headlamps, you will also get projector headlamps if you opt for accomplished variant with dazzle pack but they are halogen and not LED . It would have been better if it were LED. I had trouble seeing the road properly on a rainy days while driving on tar roads with no street lights. Also the cabin light is not LED and it's not very bright. The light is not bright enough for the passengers sitting at the back seat.

Except for the engine Refinements & high NVH levels it's a very good Car for any middle classs family. If offered in EV it will be a clear winner in the segment. Because the engine will be replaced by EV Drive Motor hence engine is Free from High NVH levels & sound.

Bought Punch Adventure AMT 5 months back.. Drove 9000 kms. Over all mileage 15 KMPL. City 13+ KMPL, Highway 19+ KMPL. Very stable on high way. Fantastic daily commute car.. Love the build quality and comfort. Have little bit of fit and finish issues and noise, but that's ok.. 👌

I have been using Punch for 6 months now. In the city you'll get around 10-12 and on highways it will easily give you 18-22 depending on your driving style.

Punch is a car to be driven with love.. It will love you back.. If you do gear shifting properly looking at the tachometer, you will get around 14-15 kmph mileage in city with AC.. and around 22-23 kmph mileage on highway with AC and around 70-80 speed.. BUT.. if you desire a monster with pickup, with zero safety, this is not the car you should go for. hope I made it easy for you to decide brother.. :)

Please note I considered 20 kmpl for Ignis, not sure on real time mileage ... Hope this finds good

Swift is light weight car (like nano) with zero safety but sold for very high price. It is No comparison to punch. Space is good enough in punch. I am 5 10 and I use it and find it comfortable. Ride quality of Punch is different level altogether. No hatchback or sedan gives that. Any bad roads it simple irons them out. So far I felt such a smooth ride only in mahindra SUVs that cost rs 15 lakh + or in ecosport or WRV which are bit costlier than punch, and also not easy to drive in traffic. Punch offers the best of both worlds .. Only con is city mileage of 10 to 12. Hope it improves a bit after 1st service.
