Clever, but obviously on the VERY dark side of humor. Irks me the wrong way for sure, but dark humor tends to do so. Don't think dark humor should ever make anyone laugh giddily with excitement... If you see someone doing so... check for the crazy eyes or something....Cuz something would definitely be off with em. Which is why people should be conscious of themselves and their actions when telling a a joke like above. Not saying avoid dark humor or be punished/ostracized if you do so. Not at all. Being mindful and doing so in a clever manner that all can understand is key to being able to lighten up a situation and/or test the waters to see how on edge everyone is. The latter being the most significant due to everyone involved getting a better read on the situation to see if people are at least TRYING to keep things from escalating, or will some take the opportunity to pour more gas on the situation. Allowing for the local community to identify those who normal people would like to avoid and keep their kids away from. Making a false statement is a crime in the movies. While she was absolutely obnoxious to the officers, this is the one in a thousand time where her arrest was wildly unconstitutional. Her call to 911 was certainly not unlawful as she didn't assert an emergency - while her request for a female officer doesn't need to be granted, her call asking for one was proper under the circumstances. Had the initial threat, from the officer, to arrest her under disorderly conduct for "involving a citizen" was about the most unconstitutional thing I've ever seen. She's loud, obnoxious, and uninformed on much of the law but she most certainly didn’t come close to committing a crime from what we saw on this clip. She became disorderly, absolutely, but not until her arrest was effected. That cop has no business being in law enforcement

Today's society in many ways encourages emotional immaturity and entitlement, as well as the notion that everything needs to be "fair." It’s unfortunate he didn’t arrest her for disorderly conduct, because that absolutely is a valid lawsuit. So many people claim you can sue the government for some big things, but they’re usually wrong. But in this case she absolutely would’ve had a successful lawsuit if she could find a lawyer to take such a small case. But since she was arrested for misusing 911 she has no case. So it’s very unfortunate she didn’t push the issue to be arrested for “disorderly conduct“. The cop was a POS tool.
