I watch the words that I say, and I realized that I do that a lot less when it's just my partner and me, because I "allow myself" to be less intentional around him. But in identity work, where we need to pay the most attention, is who we are when nobody is watching (or when only the closest people to us are there). So now I pay extra attention to how I talk when it's just the two of us (and the dogs of course 😍😍)
