My Father was born in Raro, his village is Titikaveka... he came to our country in the 60s he never returned home from Aotearoa New Zealand. I love Rarotonga! my home away from home...

Kia Orana, and thank you for your kind comments. Please do! I would love to help promote the Cook Islands by making more, perhaps more tourism orientated (just need the time). These ones were basically for ourselves but I just had to share them as the Islands stand out for me as one of the best places to visit. Beautiful, friendly, relaxed, safe and pristine.

I visited the Cook Islands around about the same time you guys did, loved the place and love your video. I also stayed at Muri Beach but in the backpackers hostel. I watch you vid now and again as I didn't get nearly enough photos or camera footage. Well done guys, my ask is where did you get the music from? Thank you John! The music is by Teuira Williams and Hiria Tinarau on a CD called Rua Manu Ote Hara that I bought at the Punanga markets we went to in 2009. I like to buy CDs at local markets we go to to support the locals there. It is always hit and miss as I don't know what they are like until we get home and listen to them. This one was great. At the time of the video I was unable to contact them but I just googled them and found several results for Teuira Williams. If you are unable to make contact with him this way, then my email is at the end of the very last video.
