Amelia your skin looks amazing. I always have a "go to list" of essential items I must take with me, so I never forget anything. I keep one list in my bedroom and one in my suitcase. It really is a game changer, super organised, fail poof😊because like you I use to wake up in a blind panic thinking I've forgotten my charger etc... I would die not being allowed to drink water while eating!!! I drink litres of water everyday, especially when eating. I’ve always been like that since childhood, my mum thought I should get checked for diabetes at one stage. I don’t have it, I just get thirsty a lot! 😅

I will definitely try this place with the hubby ! I did one in Thailand years ago and hated it .. IPad and computers were forbidden , meals were taken at the same time , food was disgusting.. No sugar, no oil etc .. Disgusting.. They booked so many appointments basically from 8.00 am to 6 pm I was busy exercising , doing colon something, blabla .. After 3 days I couldn t stand it anymore .. Couldn t believe I was paying so much money for this shit …

I have not got to your eating sweets . Shame on you too. It take 1 Month not to eat any sugar and then it is so,so easy not to crave sugar . That happened to me . I never eat desserts or candy , ice cream etc. Choose very well what sweet you are going to eat once a week . It could be a croissant!

Sugary foods and drinks can activate cancer cells. I remember my 53-year old dad used to drink 1 liter of soft drinks or bottomless iced tea when he was still alive. However, because of his unhealthy diet, he died of cancer on his birthday or a few weeks before Christmas of 2005. The same thing happened to our landlord who died of throat cancer last month (March 2023). He loved anything roasted or "burnt" such as barbecue, chicken cooked on charcoal, fried foods and whatnot. It's crazy even the chicken in his soup needed to be cooked on charcoal. He specifically requested for this process or else, he wouldn't eat at all. So his maids just followed his order. We are in our 30's, so eating less of our fave is honestly healthy. Otherwise, the health retreat you went to would be for nothing.😅 Not everyone has a fancy life such as yours and Estee's, so it would be nice to enjoy it for a very long time without sitting on a wheelchair or worse, having an incurable disease. Take care you both. Stay healthy, happy and funny. ❤🩺
