It's a mistake letting him go. Fergie new the value of a non-flashy player to enable others to play (Fletcher, Park, Butt, Phelan etc etc). McTominay is far from being our worst player but seems to be a fall guy. ETH is not, and never was, the man for the job. He is badly out of his depth.
