I can’t wait to see it back together and back in action! It’s gonna be so sick! Can’t wait for the habibi sauce G8! Planning on getting longtubes on my G8 in the summer and hopefully should be chilling after that!

Can’t wait to see you back on the road man, I’ve been racking up on parts as well. You should try the forged summit pro ls stuff I’ve heard crazy good things about them. Your scaring me with those lifters tho 🙁 I haven’t heard anything good about them not even on Amazon. I paid 400 for my Johnson 2110s but now there almost 700.. at least try oem ls7, just don’t want you to have anymore failures.

There is a good chance I get the summit kit. Rumors say it’s the same as all big name brands lol. But those lifters are ls7 same as I had before

You'll need a different idler setup to run that combo. Lingenfilter will work IIRC

Would of been smart to start with a LY6 short block at the beginning of your build. Could of just switched out the block that came in the car and just swapped over all the accessories. The car would most likely be running now.

Yeah that’s something I thought a lot about but also never planned on blowing the motor so lesson learned
