Olympics are a scam in which a huge load of money is made by using the best athletes in the world, who won´t make that type of money at all. Having said that, let´s say he is really a man. if that person is a man, I will say this as a Brazilian Boxing Coach who was the head of two state females teams in two different national championships (2015, and 2016, representing the state of Santa Catarina, in an official Brazilian amateur nationals sanctioned by the official Brazilian Olympic team. In female boxing training, there´s a lot of sparring with males and this is a well-known fact, that a female at the same weight class as a male on the same boxing level could be murdered in the ring. It is very different for the human body to grow on testosterone its entire life and just take some shots at it. The level of strength and resistance that men have is far superior to women's, as we carry way higher levels of testosterone than them. That´s why if that person is a dude, oh man, that is one wrong thing the IOC allegedly is doing. That could kill a boxing athlete. With all due respect, but we are not talking about soccer here, though things could get ugly on that one, too.
