Thanks mate this was amazing to watch.. just want I needed to wind down tonight. I love the north Yorkshire moors. i spend lots of hours up there by myself . I 'm from north Yorkshire, we have a great coastline and beautiful towns and villages.. love Yorkshire so much.. thanks again

Nicely filmed and edited. You have to choose your route carefully in the Moors to avoid constant up and down on those steep hills. I always think it's good cross training pushing a loaded bike up a hill!

Cheers! You're right about pushing the bike, my shoulders were aching just as much as my legs by the end of the trip. Thanks for watching 👍

I laughed out loud about the "short 50-mile days" 😂 its so true, there's a lot of bikepackers on KZbin that say things like that. I'm happy doing 20-30 miles and enjoying the places I stop at, instead of rushing the miles every day. It's the same way you don't read a book quickly just so you can get to the last page, or fast forward through a good song just to hear the end - things take as long as they take! Very enjoyable video, cheers from West Northumberland.

Cheers. Agreed, it's no fun turning it into a race. I reckon 50 miles per day will be my max in the future, less in hilly areas. It's funny, my Sunday morning ride is just under 30 miles, takes me around 3hrs but it's almost completely flat and i don't even break a sweat. Add in an extra 10 miles, luggage on the bike and a load of brutal hills and I was completely ruined 😂. Thanks for watching!

Great video. Summer seems a distant memory so this was nice. The amount of food made me chuckle - no danger of ‘the bonk’ 😂

Cracking video. Only been bikepacking once myself....it's such hard work when you've got hills and such a heavy load on the bike.

Cheers! Yeah the weight of the bike was a problem, my shoulders were aching the next day from pushing it up the bloody hills 😂

Nice one Ben. The moon rises in sept and October are always amazing and i thought it came out pretty well, given the low light. I reckon 50 miles is a decent run, especially on those roads! Are you sure you packed enough for one night? 😂😂😂 Atb mate
