The picture at the 2:14 mark looks like that’s then Col Robert Chairmonte at the microphone, but maybe not. He was the Col. & Jim Rhodes was the Governor of Ohio. OSP has some cool cars in the late 1960’s & early 1970’s. Plymouth’s with 383’s & 440’s, and the Chevys with 427’s & 454’s.
