The church was established by Jesus Christ to carry the message of the Gospel to the uttermost parts of the world in every generation until Jesus comes again. For two-thousand years now, the church has continued to carry out its purpose. Because it was established and empowered by Jesus Christ, the church has a very rich history and a very bright future. It is vitally important for any institution to understand three things: where it came from, what it came through, and where it is going.
