My poor pups went thru so much as I tried to find food that both of them could digest well. Finally found a combination of cooked (organic chicken, salmon or beef) and dried raw. They also love green beans, rice, lettuce, pumpkin, etc. So over diarrhea and vomiting bile! Thanks for sharing your experience with dog food. Herky and Milton are happy healthy girls now! A little McDonald's doesn't hurt too ;)

THANK YOU for this video. Such good and accurate information as this is what my research lead to as well. We were feeding raw about 20 years ago, and making our own as it was not as available, but we were met with such judgement and criticism from peers and professionals. Since we travelled so much and I am in a wheelchair so my ability to carry all the extra stuff was limited - we did a lot of research and went back to near BARF (Biologically appropriate raw food) diet. That is when we came to find Cani-Source. You have inspired me to look back into the BARF Diet once again - thank you

Needed this video! My dog just vomited bile this morning and his poop is still soft after 3 weeks on raw. I’ve added goats milk, pumpkin and vital plant firm stool. I’m thinking about transition from raw lamb to chicken maybe even lightly cooked and seeing if that helps.

Great video and great tips! Important to tell people that it might take a few days for the dogs digestivesystem to adjust. Some people are just going back to kibble too Quick :-(

Omigosh! The fly landed right in the middle of Milton's forehead!! Then Herky REALLY wanted to kill it! 😂 Little fly catchers, how cute. Charlotte Roo does that too. BUT HEY! ABOUT THE RAW DIET: Charlotte has actually just come out of a long bout of GI infection or something like inflammation. She has finally put on weight and her poops are good. But every time I try to put her back on kibble, her poops get loose again. Right now she's on a prescription GI food, but she's almost constipated on it. I want to try raw again, but this whole thing started around the time I was trying to transition her the first time. But she is supposed to be on a low fat diet because she vomits in the mornings plus she is so horribly itchy all the time. 😢 It breaks my heart. I just got some Primal Raw, but I got venison. There was no one there to help me at the freezer, so I had to guess. I should have chosen the rabbit. Anyway, this video did help but I am still a little worried about the transition. Only because it was horrible seeing Charlotte suffer for so long. I just don't know WHAT to do. 😓

My dogs are eating. 70 procent raw. And 30 procent dray dog food. But till sommer they will get just raw food. Chicken necks are a favorit.
