I had a better experience in the Wynn location and going back for another Hermès haul next week. The Crystal's location seemed snooty and the SA there changed her tone when she looked up my shopping profile. I went back to Wynn location instead and dropped another $2K there.

Beautiful haul, I love the earrings and the orans & the Kelly belt. I have a Kelly belt on order. Would be grateful for you view on my own journey. My original SA left in jan this year and I was handed over to another SA. She is lovely and has managed to get me the vast majority of things I have requested and even suggested a few extra pieces which I loved and purchased. My issue is this: when an item I have requested comes into stock and we are arranging a time for me to come to store she often offers for me to pick the item up from another member of staff (say if she is not in work on a day I suggest). Why would she do this? Do you think she is trying to palm me off onto another SA? Would she still get the commission if I picked up the item from another SA? She is very polite and friendly. I haven’t been offered a quota bag from her yet and I have just reached 1:1 spend for a Kelly so I am invested now! Would be interested to hear your view..
