How does a country of just 5.5 million people consistently produce this level of talent? The Voice Norway is really punching above their weight class year after year. Cheers from Canada!

@@chinchila9623oh please! Have you heard them live? Been in the Tv-studio? I have. They sound the same. The judges and people in the audience here the real thing. The onle thing different for the Tv-viewers is that they do a small fine tuning to cancel out the white noise in the background in the episodes recorded from the audition. That is to make the sound experience better for the viewers. They dont use autotune or change or manipulate their voices… When bigger artist upload live performance with good quality sound on KZbin,om TV performances etc, you dont call it live then or? Just because the sound quality is good and better than if you recorded by a mobile phone doesnt mean its not their real voices. This is a live performance from the winner of The Voice Norway last season. Does she sound different than she did on The Voice? No…. kzbin.info/www/bejne/n5fZiYRnpMeBhc0si=xnGyoSTtUNwn4Ymj Stop spreading false claims just because you are jealous of the talents we have, LOL 🤡

«Jump into head voice»? Please explain to me like i’m five, dear sir
@AR-ml9eo
@AR-ml9eo 13 сағат бұрын
@@jgambolputty99 ""Head voice" refers to the higher register of your vocal range, producing a lighter, brighter sound, while "chest voice" is the lower, fuller register, typically used for speaking and singing lower notes, with vibrations felt more prominently in the chest area; essentially, head voice is used for higher notes and chest voice is used for lower notes. Key differences: Sound quality: Head voice sounds lighter, more airy, and sometimes described as "flute-like", whereas chest voice is richer, fuller, and more powerful. Vibration sensation: When singing in head voice, you feel vibrations more in the head area, while in chest voice, you feel them more in the chest. Vocal cord tension: Head voice uses less vocal cord tension, allowing for higher pitches, while chest voice uses more tension for a stronger sound. Important points to remember: Blending: Singers often need to smoothly transition between chest and head voice, using a "mixed voice" in the middle range to create a balanced sound. Vocal break: The "vocal break" is the point where your voice naturally transitions from chest to head voice, and can sometimes sound strained if not managed properly."

From the intro: Herman: I started playing guitar 3 years ago when I was bored during the Corona pandemic. I started playing on a 50 year old guitar I had inherited from my uncle. I thought it was great fun...and then I started singing. Siri: How did you react when you heard him for the first time? Mother: We were actually quite surprised that he had all that in there. Sister: Yes, it was surprising, but it was also very fun, because you could tell that he enjoys himself and likes what he is doing. Herman: I am self-taught. I've been watching some youtube videos and just sat and fiddled really. Then it just developed. What I hope to get out of The Voice is really just to learn as much as possible. I want to show that it is possible to do it well, even if you haven't been doing it long. As long as I'm doing the best I can, things will just go as they go. He got a standing ovation after he was finished and cheers. Eva: Hello. Who are you? Herman: My name is Herman. I am 20 years old from Hønefoss. Eva: Hi Herman. I don't know what to say, I'm completely hypnotized by your sick voice. To be able to get down so low and up so high, the range you have, your calmness, your ability to communicate, your distinctiveness. You Herman, you have everything. Herman: Thank you very much! Gabrielle: It's going to sound cheesy, but it's just as if I'm at the back of a gymnasium at a school graduation and you're standing there, the prince of the ball...not meant like that, because there's obviously an age difference here, but again.. The other judges giggle and laugh… Gabrielle: also you stand there, you also have the bangs down there..also you sing with the deepest bass and the brightest falsetto also you just have that calmness. I feel really blessed right now, I just have to say it. We mentors looked at each other and just "what is this?" Herman: Thank you very much. Yosef: The less you do, the more it means. The more value it gets. You are so present that everyone is sucked in. It was absolutely fantastically executed. Herman: Thank you very much. Espen: This is the kind of audition I've been waiting for. I think this is so good. To perform the song with such coolness, and control and keep calm and hold your breath. It is very well done. I think you're so good. I have an unimaginable desire to work with you and to hear what other things you can sing too, because there is a lot of stuff in your voice. Gabrielle: This was, as you say, completely insane. Eva: Absolutely wild. Gabrielle: I hope you are satisfied? Herman: I'm quite satisfied, yes. Everyone laughs.. Gabrielle: Yeah good…stupid question, hehe. Eva: Now it's up to you. Espen: If you...I guess, want to reach far in The Voice, then you can either go with someone who has never done it before who is not quite sure what they should do or you can go with the sherpa who has been there up to several times before who knows the way up to the top. I know where we're going. Yosef: Actually Espen can, that's absolutely true, but it's only with ladies. Everyone laughs.. Yosef: You realize that everyone wants to work with you. Herman: Okay...ehhm... Yosef: Oh my, what a voice. Herman: I guess I'll have to follow the gut feeling I had before I arrived, so I'll probably choose the Sherpa Espen. Espen: Yes yes yeees! He is back!
