Things you will need to make a Healing poppet with us :
One blue candle
A piece of cloth or felt (blue for healing)
Stuffing such as cotton balls or an old pillow
A needle 🪡
Thread 🧵
Amethyst stone
Healing herbs of your choice , some examples are:
Roses
Rosemary
Mugworth
Chamomile
Nettle
Lavender
 Dill (child healing)
Etc.
oils of your choosing to go with your intent
 a piece of your hair to link you to the poppet

@@SassySoulSisters I will be making one for my newly rescued familiar this weekend and tag yall in it. Just had a reading done on us, but I already knew she was someone important to me in the past. The moment I saw her, I knew. She’s special and has a lot of health issues. She was dumped in Philly at a shelter and was rescued by a place for 9mths. No one wanted her until my husband and I came in and brought her home. She was meant to be with us.
