Professor Manyora, Are you ready to FULLY recover the stolen public funds, from ALL the culprit government officials, including CONFISCATION of ALL assets, locally and abroad -- send culprits to jail, once you become President? Are you ready to CRIMINALISE any lies, at any time, from any public official? There's no fairness as you put it it's about godfather's fixer's, and there everywhere school's, nurses medical training school, polytechnics, ministry's, etc, our government is made of manner less parliament. How should we have a small window of employment opportunity, when we have all our resources at our disposal, bring in industry knowledge and open up industries for value addition then their will rampant employment everywhere in Africa eg see what is happening in China which has heavily industrialized, everyone is busy in an industry working. African leaders have been made shallow thinkers through AID imf and world Bank funding which has bad conditions in the end.
