4:46 Speaking of women and Ruto being a turncoat... in August 2020, Ruto promised that he would name a woman as his running mate in 2022. He was speaking in Mombasa during an event in which UNFPA donated sanitary pads. This was reported on _The Standard_ newspaper. Then someone here (excited by the new broad-based govt) was claiming that Ruto is falsely accused of being a habitual/pathological liar and that he can prove otherwise.
