I have several of the CDC bracelets and love them! Haven't tried the CDC 24 as of yet but, definitely on my wish list. If one loves the original CDC bracelet let me recommend purchasing it in the all sterling silver version. I was gifted the sterling version for my birthday in July and rarely take it off! It is so very well made, very nice weight and looks amazing! I GPS your channel is always perfection. You always give the background on the item and your knowledge of the brand is unmatched! I love my box bags and bracelets. Epsom or any stamped leather I don’t really like because it feels too coated. The only stamped leather I like is Epi from LV. All my bracelets and bags are either Box, Barenia or Alligator. I’m glad Hermes has so many leathers to chose from. There’s something for everyone!

Great video. Really good comparison of the two widths. I agree that the CDC 24 looks best when it's worn with another bracelet, at least on a man's wrist. I often pair my black CDC 24 with palladium hardware with a sterling silver Chaine d'Ancre bracelet. They look fabulous together.

I prefer CDC 24 because it’s slimmer and lighter, and you can stack it with other Jewellery ☺️ and I recommend rose gold hardware. It is really beautiful! Great review!

Great comparison! And both look awesome on your wrist! I think for me, the original CDC would be a little bit overwhelming (my wrist only measures 14,5 cm), so I suppose the CDC 24 would be a better option 😊. Loved the video 🧡🤗!

Great review of the Hermès CDC bracelets! I’ve been delaying my purchase because I can’t decide what color hardware to get. I like the gold hardware but I’m afraid the gold will either tarnish , discolor , or eventually wear off. What are you thoughts on this? Or is the silver hardware more headache free?

I've never had any issues with any of my CDCs tarnishing, although Rose Gold has the tendency to go a little more yellow over time but I don't think it'd be a dealbreaker 🙋🏻‍♂️

Wow GPS! Both bracelets look beautiful on you, esp that pic where you were holding the kelly sellier bag. I prefer the CDC 24 only because my wrist is teeny. But I do think the CDC is iconic. When I go in store, I am going to ask my SA to let me try on both before deciding what's right for me. What do you think about the Rivale Double Tour bracelet?? I heard some people say that you can wear it as a choker too? Thank you!

So kind of you, thank you 🧡 Yes, definitely try both before making up your mind 🙋🏻‍♂️ I own the Rivale Double Tour but never reach for it anymore 🤷🏻‍♂️ You could wear it as a choker but I think your neck would heave to be quite thick otherwise it might slip down to your collar bone 🍊

Thanks for the comprehensive (as always) review. Can't wait to try the CDC 24 at the boutique. You are wrong: I've been a luxury lover for over 25 years now but I had just never been attracted to the CDC until... last week coz I got one in epsom leather as a present. And it is growing on me coz it just goes with every style. Before, the fact of seeing so many people wearing it did actually slow me down almost for good. 2 big cons though: as you said, the damned ring is so so noisy that it does make this statement bracelet even more blingy than what it already is! 2nd con: the hook on the other side just ripped my silk shirt sleeve today...:o( All in all, it is better to wear this with a tee shirt or a thick top! But I agree: it is difficult not to at least, appreciate the bracelt! Actually, I have always been more into Chanel cuffs: they are also extremely masculine and although the structure keeps being more or less the same, the creative team does revamp the design every single season. And the most important detail: you can also wear them with absolutely EVERYTHING in whatever material, it won't damage anything!

I recently got my first Hermes piece ever, a CDC bracelet in black box leather with PHW. However, new from store, it already has what looks to be wear(?) right around the edges near the glazing where the black leather color has come off, maybe from people trying it on/moving the metal around the bracelet. Is this normal for box leather/CDCs?
