I really want an Herbag in both 31 & 39. One for everyday use and another for when I need to carry my laptop. Do you recommend getting preloved or from the boutique?

It depends. But I think it's worth every penny, even if you buy it from the boutique. If you can buy it pre-loved in a very good condition, go for preloved!

If it's not raining too heavily, I don't think it will be an issue! Not sure what will happen if it rains heavily though xx

Do you think the straps will stretch out, or the bag will be damaged if i put heavy items in the bag? Eg my macbook (30cm in length) and charger

I think both the bag and the strap are very robust, so if you don't put heavy items all the time, there won't be any problem. However, I cannot say for sure what will happen with the prolong usage with heavy items inside! :)

1:30 Can’t you flip the bag inside out and voila! From Retourne to Sellier. I thought this was the appeal of the bag, you can dismantle and change it up.
