How fortunate you are to have both the Kelly gold and white Constance which you will be able to wear and enjoy for the next 30+ years as they are both classics. I took a pivot when my son was born. Switched to durable leather bags I could bang around no problem. As my son got older and we were going to lots of sports activities I completely switched to an Addidas canvas type backpack. Busy working mommy multitasking but it flies by in the end so quickly.

O dear, so sorry to hear of the cake accident that you had. I believe over time that little mark on your bag will go away. It’s better not to carry such expensive bag to children parties (young children), defensive strategy. Your bag is lovely, may I know if it’s in contrast stitching?

@@SasaZoe I find that however careful I am, there's usually something small that happens. The biggest thing I've had happen was actually small, it was a tiny scratch on the leather. But I was okay with it, after I freaked of course. I figured why get upset, I want to enjoy my things. 😉

Saw your video at the right time as I am waiting for my Kelly sellier 25 in gold too.. Many times, I wonder if I should change my request on the color as my SA mentioned her SM asked if I am willing to go for other colors since this specs is so hard to come by.. But I really like it and am persevering for now.. Been 2 months since I waited for my bag, will carry on since it seems really good from your video! =)

I can relate so much on your point especially in regards to chunky jewelry 😆 I too love carrying my black k25 whenever I get a chance..but definitely not to kids birthday parties. You are a one brave soul 🤣 quick question…do you carry K25 more often than k28 ?

Thank you for your comment! haha I know! I learned my lesson! Hum, not significantly more tho. I feel pretty similar in a way. It also depends on what I'm wearing that day. My 28 is in parchemin color. Some outfits go better with parchemin, vice versa! Are you considering a 28? :P

I used the Cadillac leather conditioner to remove some white stains on my blue caviar leather and it removed 80% of it. Thank you Zoe!

The remaining 20% is not too visible so I just leave it there for now. The stain has been there since 2018 and I spent 2 hours to remove it using the Cadillac two days ago. I will resume on the process when my neck hurts less from two days ago 😅

Perhaps put the Hermes purse rain coat on the purse when you see kids getting too hyper around you. 😅 last resort when you can’t put your bag away. Haha I use a foldable longchamp to protect my purse when things go wild.

Try using a white eraser on the sticky part and rub it gently. You may be able to remove it. I have tried it on glue stain and it works for me 😊

I use baby wipes periodically to wipe down my bags before I put them back on the shelf.

I think its great that u are gracious about the cake incident. I also feel that we should just enjoy the bag and (try) not to stress too much about it. 😊 My waiting list is 28/25 gold, craie and rose confetti 😁 still waiting... About 2.5mths... Hope can get it this year as i heard can only get 2 quota bags per year (true?) And i also thinking of getting kelly 28 in blue atoll and red color in 2nd hand market lol... Their price is more reasonable in 2nd market lol...

Hi Sasa,I suggest you check with your Hermes SA before using the leather conditioner again, I recall Hermes might not accept the bag to a spa if it was cleaned with "third party" chemicals, conditioners etc

I definitely do not carry a lovely expensive bag to a children's birthday party. Carry something canvas or vinyl. Anything can happen. Very colorful punches and drinks could easily ruin a nice bag. I do believe, however, in using my bags as much as possible. Hermes bags are durable and meant to be enjoyed. ❤

I have been waiting for a pinch of time to watch this video properly. Yes, sometimes our top handles get a kiss from us💋 Designer handbags and kids don't mix. My heart is in my throat when kids (or adults for that matter) are running around my bag. Once my favourite scarf (just from asos) got bitten by a pup at the playground. The puppy was coming for my baby girl, so the scarf had to be the hero. My heart still aches today, although this was 2.5 years ago💔 I feel like my time is for my daughter now.
