Unfortunately the strap is not adjustable but it is detachable so you can switch the strap with something else if you want!

I'm not sure because I bought it second hand in Japan...it's not Rose Extreme, but it's a shade or two lighter than that. I thought it might be Rose Shocking, but the photos I've seen of Rose Shocking on Fashionphile look a little bit different to me. Sorry, I'm not 100% sure of the name of this color!

You can always ask but it's unlikely you'll get one. Better to develop a relationship with an SA and get on the wait list especially for the color you want
