Haha… Totally feel u about the hand washing part! I could only wash one hand after another, not both hands at same time! Despite so, I do love my Birkin 25 a lot, given its iconic silhouette. At same time, I am patiently waiting for my Kelly 25. I strongly feel that I need both B & K to achieve ‘purse peace’! 😍

Great review! Totally agree with you when you need to wash your hands but have to hold the birkin. I like that Kelly comes with a strap so I can wear it on my should whenever I want to.

Great reviews of all the beautiful bags you have. I have come to the conclusion that my Kelly 28 sellier and my Birkin 25 are my prettiest and the most impractical bags. 😅 I think it’s the Hermes label that makes them the holy grail bags but on a day to day basis it takes a lot of effort to use them. I love my Celine Le 16 compared to the Kelly for the ease of the opening. The Birkin is a tote and I agree with your cons.

lol the birkin toilet situation really cracked me up. you know i’m a die hard b25 fan. and i wash my hands one at a time when i have the birkin with me and there’s no where clean to set it on. people may judge me in the loo 😂 but it’s okay. i’m just a fussy girl who likes a fussy bag 😆 that said, i so want a MK2 😍

Great video I agree with all of your points. I also prefer the Kelly way more. Can’t decide whether to go for a mini Kelly, beautiful bag but just don’t think it will suit my lifestyle. I want a K25 sellier next. Your noir in chevre leather is to die for 😍

I am totally with you about Birkin 25 cons😅 I always carry a dedicated eco bag such as Baggu eco bag in my Birkin 25 and in restroom I put my B25 in the eco bag so that I can hang the bag while doing business then carry it my arm or on shoulder when I wash my hands👍

That’s such a good idea but I’m still annoyed every time I need to remove the bag from my arms as I wear bracelets and watches and they always get in the way 🤣

Good reviews of your beautiful H bags! I agree with you regarding the hassle of the short top handles of Birkin 25. It's hard to put your wrist through them especially during the winter with thick jackets. I found it so inconvenient just holding it tophandle only when I went out for a day trip and had to carry some shopping bags on the other hand. Definitely, we're losing one arm!

@@ClaraZeela k25 retourne is my most used bag as I don’t have that many stuff to carry for size 28. For birkin - i feel it’s such a good looking bag so I have to have it but unfortunately I don’t use it much. For very formal occasions I would choose kelly sellier and for weekend and casual occasions I opt for k25 retourne heheh

Hi Clara, thanks for the comparison very informative 😃i used to be a kelly girl but I converted to team birkin recently because i think birkin is better looking lol In my opinion chanel is better looking than kelly which has similar functionality (except for MK2, MK2 is the best haha)

@@ClaraZeela Your arm is not too fat... The B25 top handles are too small. Since I have a B30, I really enjoy the size. Perhaps you should give the B30 a try since my mother-in-law loves her B30 and use it a lot in Asia on public transport as well. I know you are concern with the weight but the bag itself is not that much heavier.

Sigh, the handles of the Birkin 25 is really a con. If only they made it a little bigger people won't have to choose one between the B or K, it will be both! My dilemna right now is that I own a capucine BB in black which is a size 27cm and a mini peekaboo in selleria leather in a color similar to a Hermès biscuit which is around 23cm in size. I love those bags but they're somewhat equivalent to a K25 and K28 already. Since I want to get either a B or a K, sometimes I'm thinking if I should get a B25 because I don't have that bag style in my collection. All my bags have straps or handles that are big enough to carry on my arm and my only tote is the Neverfull MM which I only use for travel or staycations. Do you think I'm just having FOMO on the Birkin since it's a gap in my collection??? A B30 is also too big for me. Should I just get a Kelly instead??? One time, I forgot to attach the strap of my pochette metis. As I was shopping and going through some clothes, I did struggle with my bag as I needed two hands. You know how small is the handle if the PM right? Well, I tried to put my hands in and it was so frustrating. I ended up carrying it like a clutch and that's what I'm imagining what will happen with a B25 LOL. Am I right? Pls advise haha

The handles are a deal breaker for me. I think the YSL sac du jour has a similar vibe. I think I had FOMO but once I used it I realised it’s not practical for my lifestyle. Maybe try taking out a larger bag with similar style without the shoulder strap for a typical day and see how you feel. Good luck !

@@Kate_Mnl Remember that the handles on the speedy will be larger...so you can't even get it too much further up than half way up your arm and if you wear braclets..it will be an obstacle!
