So for Hermes, if the bag is brand new that’s shrink wrapped, usually If the bag needs manager approval, it will also have your name or customer name on it. Then they’ll open it with you. The taurillion clemence is the type of leather. Also, picotin 22 is gorgeous! I have it in 18, etoupe with palladium. Hoping it with gold hw but very hard to get! I didn’t. I just asked my SA on the spot if she could update my wishlist! I have a new one now since she left, and my new one just updated my wishlist on the spot as well when I was shopping recently!

Congrats! Such a beautiful bag. I put in my request for Picotin 18 in vert criquet gold hardware earlier this year but no word yet. Since you mentioned gifts, just wondering what type of gifts do you give your SAs for Christmas, if any? I would love a review on the 22 with organizer. Thank you! I just received my organizer this week so lll be testing it out for a bit first before giving my full review. Expect to see it when I review the bag itself in the same video 🥰 gifts wise in the past I’ve given my SAs chocolates, Starbucks gift cards, etc. my previous SA I gifted her a lot of high-end skincare that I didn’t use that I knew she loved (since I receive a lot in PR).
