@@alikat8221 there were 2 "incidents"; one at hermes, she went there at closing and they were not allowing anyone in as it was being set up for a private party; they did not kick her out and yes, Chavez did indeed apologize to her because she felt upset + thought she was not treated well, perhaps a diva moment, who knows - 2nd bag ordeal was later in Switzerland in a different store + she was told she could not afford a tom ford bag for 38K, which was cut + dry rude and they later apologized....the 2 stories often get mixed....

I love, Gucci, LV, Channel, Prada, Fendi and I have easily purchased many bags from those fashion houses. First of all I like their bags a lot and secondly I love the way their SAs treat people. Procedures of Hermes are ridiculous, as though they give those bags for free or these bags guarantee some kind of success in life. Honestly I do not like Hermes bags, they are so old fashioned, but I like you a lot. You are genuinely pretty, reaaaaaally pretty.

The Kelly 28 sellier is such a favorite of mine. Perfect perfect choice. The 25 sellier is amazing as well if you’re looking for a bit smaller too! I totally prefer the Kelly over the Birkin. Shoulder strap for life. Congrats on getting your dream bag in Paris!

Gorgeous! I love a good green bag. The colour totally suits you. My holy grail green shade is Malachite with gold hardware. I think the 28's a good size between the Mini trend and the obviously coming larger bags trend. In the sellier, which is the type of Kelly you have here, a 25 wouldn't be as practical as a 25 retourne (the soft version). The sellier is easier to dress up and dress down too. Enjoy, Tamara!

Honestly, you got really lucky with a nice SA and lucking out with the bag you wanted. In that boutique, I have wealthy friends, some who even have long standing history with Hermes overseas, who have gone multiple times to that boutique, and either end up with an unobliging SA or never get offered anything close to what they wanted. Everytime i'm shopping on Saint honore, I just walk right past Hermes and spend my money at Chanel instead. I can't bother to waste all that precious time in Paris and jumping through hoops on the off chance of an appt just to buy a bag that I have a 5% chance of being offered, A bag that is worth $10.000+ but they will make impossibly difficult to get!
