Another same door, but it will lead into a secret storage room, and you can say you've been hoarding your stock here to avoid over-stocking your shops! Another such, long winded door, which will just lead to the rocket store, or the barge, and you can call it your secret shopping shortcuts! You can trap these areas, but make them toggleable so they trigger only in the long run, when they are sure you are a member and you need to defend yourself.

For another diversion tactic, if it's possible to do so. You could try to change your player username tag above your head. Maybe go undercover as Bdubs or Cub and create some red herrings or confusion among their side and mess with their plans. Or you and the other resistance members could all swap names and skins and pretend to be each other. You could even take turns having the same name and skin of one of the resistance members to make it look like 1 hermit has spent all week logged into minecraft without leaving and all of you do it in shifts, so that no matter the timezone they can't work out what is going on. So they think something huge is coming for them by having "one" of you be in there for so long never leaving the server.

Actually, that idea by itself won't be really interesting simply because what would the schtick be? "Oh, there is this door, but we need the combination. What is the combination or where can we get it?" By itself it isn't interesting and you can't really make much content out of it. HOWEVER, what might be interesting is you have a door that requires an item to open it, but you need to do a "treasure hunt" to find it, and it so an HEP member will follow clues that are included with the door. Then when they get the key item, either when the door opens it is just a blank wall... or it just gives them another clue that they have to track down another item, somewhat like an endless loop. That might be interesting.

Now that all the road passes have been covered, that board should be a store stock board. Use a piece of the arrow terracotta in an item frame for each store. Pointing up is store is stocked. If the Hermits find no stock point the arrow down, if the store is real close to being out of stock, turn it pointing right or left. Most people come into the shopping district via the portal below the town hall any way. You can just run up the stairs and check all your shops at once. After owners restock, they can flip the arrow back up on the way out of town.

When doing Resistance Buisness in public you should wear chestplates and drink invisibility potions while wearin the mask, that way they really cant tell who you are.

Impulse, all official Mycelium Resistance business should be conducted with the BDubs head with invisibility potions on. That way they can see the head and your armor (or you could even just not wear armor so it would be a floating head) but not your name tag. It would be more believable that nobody outside of the resistance knows who is in the resistance than when Cub watches you put a BDubs head on right in front of him ;)

He is a hermit amongst hermits. Next to that, he also had some medical issues, more than Scar. Meaning he had to leave the server 3 times this season for prolonged time. He doesnt have a large following, and a lot of people dont like his video's, he is really into the grind of minecraft. Not the greatest builder, not the greatest redstoner and not the greatest storyteller, and a lot of people feel insulted by that because he essentially is a generic minecraft player. And they are fully correct into saying that if he werent part of the server right now, he wouldnt be accepted into it, making them even more jealous because a lot of fans do want to be part of that servr. However, he is an OG hermit. I think he even joined before Xisuma did. And you need OG's to keep the fun part of why the server started in the first place.
