The way i see it, you have 4 options regarding Pam: 1. Let her die. Heartless but inexpensive. 2. Pay an exorbitant amount of diamonds. Expensive and condoning crime. Not to mention he may never release the hostage. 3. Hire some muscle and steal her back. To find out the Pam's location you can have someone with invisibility doing surveillance on the thief and either ask for video proof of life during some negotiations, or create a fake Pam and claim you have rescued her then the Thief will be compelled to check his hideout and lead you to her. Complicated, risky but potentially very rewarding. 4. Carpet bombing. Nothing sends the message "you messed with the wrong guy my dude" like bombing someone back to wood tools. Brutal but efficient. Hope maybe this brings some inspiration or helps you some way Ren! Love the videos, keep it up :)

@@owena4772 Well.. yes, i am aware. I presented a rather harsh example. The main idea behind option no.4 is that in a situation where you are threatened or blackmailed in 9 out of 10 cases it will not be a 1 time thing. If you let someone have that power over you they will abuse it again. So if you dont want to keep being a victim you start by resign yourself that they will carry out their threat (to take away its power over you) and show that by doing that they open a door with you they do not want to go through. If you get them to a point where their threat has no sway over you except for your retaliation "your pain for their profit" mentality becomes "their pain for no profit" and they stop. I know hermitcraft is generally a kind and friendly place. I think i may have let some personal bias influence me into making no.4 overly aggressive. But i do believe the idea behind is a viable one.

Everything in this Game of Life minigame has been spectacular, the Western town build is amazing and full of personality, the way it grew through the runtime of this event was very natural, the staging and filming of all the clips were all excellent and gave off very heavy Western movie vibes that I am sure they were supposed to give off, and that final duel was definitely amazingly filmed too. Man, I wish more KZbinrs did inventive stuff with editing like how Ren does, it's either relatively plain videos that most Hermits do, or it is flashy and obnoxious editing with trillion cuts a second that Minecraft KZbin is known for nowadays.

Hermits are just so good in making those little storylines come into life with great atmosphere. Imagine if they would start some big story line Dungeons and Dragon like. Imagine group of brave adventures against Mumbo and his redstone traps or against Cleo and her Zombie armies...
