We found the Gregg Egg as we continue our Decked Out Phase 6 from Hermitcraft! We won a bunch from shards that we purchased with Crowns in these runs! Things are looking up for the Phase as we pull it back from a rough start to begin the phase.

That first run, having that ravenger at the only exit has gotten so many hermits. It's basically a guarantee lose. Hard to watch especially with 21 crowns.

I think tango should fix the waterflow hazard corner on lv 1 above the stairs that always catches a ravager. It's essentially a guaranteed kill blocking the only exit if a player doesn't have suit up. Ik he was trying to add more max clank/hazard traps, but that ones is pretty unfair since it's basically just an rng roll that your run is dead

I agree with suit up not being worth it anymore. I feel like it should only be used now when you have strong decks for that floor. Like if you run level 2 with you deck its worth it, once you get a bunch of rare cards like 3 eerie silence and silent runner then itll be worth it to add it back for level 3 runs.

I believe there's an issue with Frost Embers spawning on floor 1. I've seen multiple people collect embers on floor 1 after having been down for over 5 minutes and no ember cards playing since they're back. Might be interesting to ask Tango if it seems like an issue.

Idea: the triple run challenge. Memorize three artifact spots, then drop berries onto all three, take the highest paying one, then give the other two to Tango so nothing is wasted/cheated too much.

Nimble looting is a finnicky card as it cannot stack, but if one comes out at beginning of run and you don't have any clank block, it's practically wasted, so you can wish for your next nimble looting to come after you get a bunch of clank block.

In the first run, every single shrieker you triggered resulted in 2 clank being generated. That must have been a bug, tango will probably refund your run and resolve the issue if you tell him about it. Each shrieker should only have a 1/4 chance to generate 2 clank, and there is almost no way you just got that unlucky.

Suit up is incredibly useless. You cannot tank more than 2 hits anymore, so it's like not having it when you are being chased or you are truly in need of it. Secondly, i really think Tango should change that Ravager stuck point when clank is maxed. There is no way of outplaying that.

I'd be surprised, it's very OP for level 2 with rusty being there also. Will also take up treasure drops. Level 2 right now is a piece of cake for cub, hypno and etho. Not enough ravagers, Willie is barely a threat with suit up card. Level 2 just too easy.

You can take two hits from a ravager normally. And suit up does not increase that number.

It honestly seems like Suit Up is too much of a detriment now. It doesn't seem to increase survivability enough for the extra Clank to be worth it. Basically every run ends in max Clank. There's no time to farm treasure. You can't tank any more Raveger hits than without the armor. I encourage you to do a bit of damage testing in a creative world. Edit: it seems like you came to the same conclusion by the second run of this video, 46:07, 49:15

I don’t think it was worth it even before the nerf. Sure you could get out sometimes more easily at max clank and people were impressed by that and thought it was OP, but missed that these same runs wouldn’t have BEEN at max clank without Suit Up! I feel Etho was about to decide to remove Suit Up from his deck even before it got nerfed, so it was easy for him to junk it immediately.

ravenger was 2 hit death without suit up and now without the resistance WITH suit up it is a 2 hit death. I wouldn’t run suit up anymore. Only thing it’s good for is Willie, skeleton and vexes which are relatively easy to avoid. Trade suit up away to someone who struggles w Willie.

Tango needs to find a way to stop the ravager from getting locked behind the water in the crypts. I get it that max clank is supposed to mean something, but that ravager being there is just flat out game ending with there being nothing the player can do skill wise to get around it. Especially with level 4 opening soon, players will be spending enough time in levels 3 and 4 that max clank is practically a guarantee by the time they get back to level 1 meaning it just becomes pure rng whether the ravager has wondered behind that water drop or not which makes for a frustrating experience because theres no skill involved in getting out anymore, its just becoming, did that ravager screw you over by randomly pathing behind the water or did you get lucky and its in another area of the crypts.

It's useful for non ravager attacks, which the dungeon still has a lot of. So if you have a highly defensive deck and you're already sneaking a lot, but still struggling with fall traps and willie, there's still value to this card.

7:13 Cub, there's a side area with a treasure drop location to the left at this point in the video. I never see you go in there but there's often a key. Did you never get a compass to this location? It would only take an extra couple of seconds to poke your head through the wall to see if there were any drops. 1:26:16 You went in there. Good. That is a treasure spot that can spawn keys.

If you lead that ravager back into the loop room, there is aways a chance that by the time you come back from lvl 3, he has wandered to that important spot. That is why i believe it's better leaving that ravager in the crypt or lava room. Then you have a better chance to escape the ravager and the vex at the same time.

@@parconiel9384 Tango said max clank means you can't exit unless you get very lucky. He wants it to mean game over. Which also means suit up card is a genuinely bad card if you spend a long time in there. Makes the card even worse since keys are not guaranteed.

Yeah I think suit up was too nerfed. you used to be able to survive two ravager hits with the addition of the clank. now you still can only survive one and you still get the extra clank. it should at least give full armor.

Suite Up is balanced. I really like the card now. You have to weigh the cost/benefit of additional clank but then tanking an extra hit. The card also changes how you play! So good.

Tango really needs to fix that spot where the ravager gets stuck in the water in the exit from level 1 frozen crypts. It is the only way out at max clank and the ravager gets stuck there and is basically impossible to get past. It has bothered me since he added the water in. It isn't fair that pure RNG of where the ravager ends up can end a run like that and breaks the "there is always a way out". If the escape tunnel was moved to the near side of the water, it would fix the issue, but getting rid of that water would also fix the issue. Demand a refund!

So one of the times Etho had the crypt/25 beast in that bad spot Tango said he would jump on top of the crypt/grave to the corner which might help only get you one tapped. But I haven’t seen anyone do or attempt his suggestion so it still might not work

It's theoretically possible but it's stupid rough RNG to achieve it. You have to get the right positioning for yourself and the ravager, you have to get lucky with the ravager detection AI, you have to have the right angle for the jump and you have to pray that the ravager hits you at the correct angle to boop you forward instead of backwards or to the side. Far too many things need to go right for that play to work

Honestly, no one is ever going risk going down there anymore. It fairly hard to get down and extremely hard to get back up. If you want to see what’s down there, only Zedaph and Gem made it while neither of them made it back. Tango also made it, but it’s in one of his livestreams…

Cub, please consider the following three things to help your runs: 1) *Dungeon Lackey* - Having Tango will not only give you some inside information while you're doing the run, Tango can be used to distract the Wardens or Ravagers, if need be. (He also brings along 2 pork chops and 2 potions.) 2) *Dungeon Repairs* - You had the opportunity on previous upload to get it and you chose the unnecessary tomes. You can always get Tomes when you win, but Dungeon Repairs is not easy to come by. 3) *Second Wind* - This is something that can help, not just a speed boost but a slight heal, which will save some food from being used. Again, you can get Tomes whenever something useless pops up.

Hears a ding... "It's above me." Yeah, no. There is no way you can know that. Humans do not have the ability to hear sounds coming from above. If we do hear something, and it does happen to be above or below us, the only way we can determine that is by making inferences based on other factors. Like an airplane. If you hear an airplane, it is because the sound has bounced off something around you, and because you already know the sound to be that of an airplane, and because you are on the ground, you know that there is an airplane in the sky. But the sound you are hearing is NOT coming from above you. And, no sound equipment can help you with that. Headphones, speakers, nothing. This is because at the end of the day, your ears are on the side of your head, with cups facing forward. And your brain is similarly attuned. And there is a very good reason why this is. You are unable to hear things coming from above you because of evolution. Mankind has never had to watch the skies for danger, so we never evolved the ability to sense threats from above. All that said, you do have a neck, and that does allow you to move your head so that you can hear things from above. Dogs are the same way. That is why they tilt their head when you are talking to them, so they can hear you more clearly. Hahaha! When a dog tilts their head like that, that is basically them saying "Excuse me, would you please repeat that." So, in the end, you made an inference based on factors other than sound, or you were just talking nonsense. None of those things is bad, mind you. Making educated guesses is pretty much what human life is all about. And talking nonsense is similarly what human life is all about.

At max hazard that's the only open door, and checking to see if the other area was open means going in front of an evoker, twice if it's closed. Since he had been on max clank for a decent chunk of time, all the clank he had generated up until that point went into hazard, meaning he is basically guaranteed to not have an open door. The solution is to never leave the ravager on that side of the crypt, since it naturally wanders into that spot if left anywhere in that region, and then stays there, due to its ai prioritizing open areas.
