Even if they're inactive or not, Wels building is still his, even if he is inactive. It's like saying trearing down Iskall's tree just because he's playing different games, or even completely removing TFC's base just because he's barely online, or even removing Hypnotizd's place because he's playing modded survival. See how that's unfair? The hermits are still people, with their own building techniques and styles. Not everyone is great at building. How would you feel if someone tore down your building "just because it was a monstrosity and that you weren't online"? Best not to insult on another hermits video, yeah?

For the midnight timer, you can add a hopper clock after it is triggered by a daylight sensor, and time it so that the output happens at midnight. You can then have another daylight sensor to cancel the clock output when it becomes day so that it doesn't go off even when someone sleeps beforehand.

[13:20] I think you can use a comperator to detect the strenght of the daylight sensor, so you can just place a comperator next to the sensor, run a redstone line next to it for the amount of blocks you need (the longer the line, the deeper into the night it will activate) and then place a repeater at the spot (time) you'd like the bells to ring.

A bunch of people have probably said this but when you put a comparator next to a daylight sensor it will increase or decrease the strength of the redstone line, depending on the time. This means you can put a repeater a few blocks later in the redstone line, so it needs to be stronger (and later) to start. Basicly, just test out in creative with a comparator pointing into it and changing the time.

Also, what is most important, switch the daylight sensor into nightlight sensor mode. That way it won't be at zero strength all night long but rather increase the power during the night - and that way you can time during night, not during day. :)

The comparator in front of sensor needs to be on subtract mode and you can put another comparator facing into the one going out of the daylight sensor and a chest behind the one facing towards the comparator in front of the sensor the more items you put in the chest the later it will activate. You must have a repeater in front of the comparator facing out of the sensor then you can make a redstone line leading wherever you like going out of the repeater.
