Try to do the parkour without stopping for a second. The longer you keep running the more velocity you gain. Also jumping adds to the velocity. These two things combined together will help you complete the four block jump. You can definitely do it!!

The Saturation Suspicious Stew was ridiculously good in the snapshot it was first introduced, but sadly it got nerfed so hard it's kinda useless now. It gives you exactly 7 ticks worth of the Saturation effect, which isn't terrible- but since it's not stackable, Golden Carrots are still the overall best food when considering saturation. Stews can be eaten when you're already full though, so they could still have a use in minigames where you want to make sure everyone's at full hunger+saturation before they begin!

I personally use the saturation suspicious stews in my survival world. It needs some good inventory management, but the full food refill and near full health regen from 3.5 hunger left is just insane. Just having a stack of bowls, mushroom and the right flower in your inventory might also work without a need for a stew shulker in your ender chest.
