Brund ultimate ability means "ignore damage which is LESS than x% of his max HP", not more. Hes good agains small schunks of damage, but since everything later on does ridiculous ammout of dmg, his ultimate becomes useless very fast.

Tusgrog is the best one. He fits in blue meta arena team and excels in Endless and Campaing challenges thanks to 2 sec stun.

Pretty fun with a lot of heroes, the NFT aspect is cool but not required at all to play. The mobile is and can be 100% free but just like any game it can be a dump truck of money BUT the NFTs do have value so that's a plus. It has been out about 2 weeks, and they have a massive roadmap of things to come
